Sometimes we like to peruse scientific articles and learn something new, yes even we meat heads like to read (sometimes).

This article from Medical News Today about the effects of caffeine was pretty cool.  Who would’ve thought that a cup of coffee before you work out could increase your muscle power and endurance?!  It’s all related to mostly low-intensity activity and you may actually need more like half a dozen cups of coffee, but details, details.  Pretty sure all that caffeine would jack your heart rate up pretty fast too!
