Everyone has different ideas of what a ‘real’ gym should look like. Ask some it’s elliptical machines and treadmills, ask another it’s bars and weights. Ask us, it’s a big empty room. For those of you who haven’t been in here since the weekend, well, first I would strongly encourage you to get your lazy butt in here.
