Everyone has different ideas of what a ‘real’ gym should look like. Ask some it’s elliptical machines and treadmills, ask another it’s bars and weights. Ask us, it’s a big empty room. For those of you who haven’t been in here since the weekend, well, first I would strongly encourage you to get your lazy butt in here. Second I would like to invite you to come an scope out the new layout. We’ve switched the bootcamp and free weight areas around in an effort to continually improve your workout experience.
